The yellow church

                                                           Jakobstad Church

Built in 1731 on the same site as the city's first church from 1691 ... which was burned by the Russians during the Great Hate 1714.

  1. Vilken vacker kyrka! En gammal träkyrka, de är inte så vanliga ens i Sverige tror jag. Jakobstad är vänort till den stad jag växte upp i, Söderhamn. Jag vet att min svärmor haft många kontakter med Jakobsstad.

  2. Very pretty. I have never seen a yellow church before. I like the silver birches outside- they look very healthy.
